Want one for yourself, or for your comic-book loving husband, wife, teen, child or co-worker? You can easily find this shirt along with many other great shirts under their Cheap T-shirts section.
I had never heard of Crazy Dog T-Shirts, so when it came time for me to shop for my review t-shirt, I literally spent an hour laughing and muttering, oooh, I want that shirt for about an hour. I saw so many shirts I wanted, I can’t even begin to list them all here. I highly suggest you lose yourself by taking a few minutes (or even an hour like me!) to look around their website. I’d suggest starting off at their 80s T-shirts or their Vintage T-shirts pages first.

3. Beaded Bungee Bookmarks $5.99 at Twin-Cottage-Industries.MyShopIFY.com
An elastic, adjustable & decorative bookmark that readers love! Great for hardbound and paperback books. Most retail for $5.99. These economical yet decorative bookmarks are the gift that keeps on giving, as this company donates 1% of their profits to the Psychiatric Service Dog Society.
Using my bookmark was a snap, since the beaded bungee bookmarks are made to adjust to fit both paperback and hardbound books. I love that the elastic bungee allows me to keep my page, as I can’t tell you how many times I’ve dropped a book and lost my page when the bookmark (or mail) I was using slipped out. I think these bookmarks are fabulous, and I’d definitely purchase them myself, either as gifts or for myself, especially since Twin Cottage Industries are also offering my readers a 25% discount.

4. Cupcake Night Light $22. Find a retailer near you at PSRock.com

I think this nightlight is absolutely adorable, and if I was a little girl, or if I had a little girl of my own, I’d be more than happy to put it in a bedroom or bathroom in my own. As you can see, the nightlight is very colorful, functional, and small enough not to get in the way of the other outlet, which makes using a blow dryer, alarm clock or vacuum in the same outlet all the more easier.
What I love most about this Cupcake Night Light is that it swivels, so you can use it with a plug extender, or plug it in on an angle. I tried mine out on an angle, and so when I walked into my kitchen I could immediately see the light and the full design.

If I was still a child, I’d definitely pick the GUM® Crayola™ Timer Light toothbrush, because it looks very entertaining. This brush teaches children to brush their teeth for 2 minutes with its fun, flashing lights. Did you know dentists recommend kids brush their teeth for 2 minutes? Yep, which is why this brush comes with colored LED lights that flash for 60 second intervals, in order to help kids learn to brush longer. The brush has dome trim® bristles to clean below the gum line–which is where periodontal disease starts. 6. Box4Blox The Original Lego Toy Storage and Sorter Box $39.95 at Amazon.com
BOX4BLOX is a simple invention that provides a fast and efficient solution to a problem found in nearly all family homes–messy Lego’s.
By utilizing an age old process, the BOX4BLOX grades Lego bricks through a series of four trays with different sized grids. As the Lego pieces can be easily found from their respective trays, especially the little hard to find pieces which end up in the bottom tray, it effectively eliminates the need to tip all the Lego’s out on to the floor.
The BOX4BLOX is manufactured in the United States, using high quality ABS plastic, the same plastic Lego uses to make their construction blocks.
When assembled with the four trays and lid, the BOX4BLOX forms a 10¼” cube, which holds approximately 1600 Lego blocks.
Voted “Home Organizing Product Of The Year”by the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). As a parent to a Lego-loving teen, I highly recommend this product to anyone who owns Lego’s.

7. BOP IT! XT retails at $24.99, but today, you can find the game for $18.99 at Amazon.com.
It’s time to get moving. Can you keep up? When you turn it on, this totally cool Bop It game calls out commands. It’s up to you to “pull it”, “bop it”, “twist it” — or “flick it”, “spin it”, “shake it”! Can you keep up as the tempo revs?
Play Bop It! XT in party mode or solo — you can even plug in your headphones to keep the game all to yourself. Get it right and you can keep going, but if you get the moves wrong, your turn is up. Think you’ve got what it takes to beat it? Then, start the action!
Includes Bop It! XT game unit and instructions and 3 AAA batteries.
For 1 or more players, ages 8 and up.

8. Monopoly: Electronic Banking Edition $24.99 at Amazon.com
The Electronic Banking Edition of Monopoly is anything but old-fashioned. Instead of designating someone as the banker who passes out cash to each player, players carry their own bank cards and manage their own money electronically, keeping track of their balances, collecting gifts and debts, and making payments just like adults do these days. With a simple swipe of a bank card, and a tap or two of the banking unit, this game seems to have sped up and cut out the middle man. While it may be a good thing no one can cheat and give themselves an extra few hundred dollers, I would miss paying $17 dollars of rent in singles, just to mess with a family member.
Monopoly Electronic Banking Edition comes with the gameboard, the electronic banking unit, title deed cards, Chance and Community Chest cards, 6 bank cards, 2 dice, 6 tokens, 32 houses, 12 hotels and instructions. It requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included, and 2-6 players ages 8 and up can play at a time. I think this game would be a great choice for any family game night.

9. Your Life in Comics by Bill Zimmerman $9.99 at FreeSpirit.com
What’s more fun for tween guys than reading comics? Making their own. Your Life in Comics lets boys ages 9–13 do just that.
Rather than provide the story, this interactive book allows guys to decide what happens by using words and drawings of their creation. Some of the activities include completed comics where boys can dictate what happens through dialogue. Others encourage them to draw comic strips. Freestyle activities let guys personalize the book in fun ways. (Bonus: Girls will enjoy this, too!) This do-it-yourself comic book will get boys thinking about important topics in their lives, including family, friends, school, health, and the future.

10. How to Talk to an Autistic Kid by Daniel Stefanski $12.99 at FreeSpirit.com
While many young people know kids with Autism, they often find it hard to relate to them. That’s because the behavior of Autistic kids can seem off-putting and antisocial, even though the person with Autism wants to be friends. This is frustrating for Autistic kids and for their peers, and often leads to avoiding, ignoring, excluding—or bullying and teasing. In How to Talk to an Autistic Kid, a 14-year-old boy describes what it’s like being Autistic. With frankness and optimism, author Daniel Stefanski provides personal stories, clear explanations, and supportive advice about how to get along with kids with Autism.
If you are a librarian, teacher, parent, brother, sister, counselor, aunt, uncle, grandparent, friend, or book lover, please buy this book, and share it with everyone you can. It’s short, sweet, and very powerful when it comes to understanding both Autism and human behavior. If I had to recommend one book on the topic of Autism, I’d recommend this book, because it is easy to understand, and his advice is spot on.
