Each giveaway has its own set of rules, but all giveaways have these additional rules:
- Mandatory Entry must be done before entrants can do bonus entries.
- Separate comments must be left for each entry, or they will only count as one entry.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to enter a giveaway, unless otherwise noted on giveaway post.
- I choose my winners using RANDOM.ORG. I will notify you by email if you win and post your name here under the Winner section, listed above.
- No purchase necessary.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- All giveaway items were provided to me by the publisher or manufacturer and will be sent to you by them.
- Winners have 48 hours to respond to my winning email. If a winner fails to respond in that time, a new winner will be chosen and notified.
- All giveaways at The Girl from the Ghetto state who they are open to at the bottom of the post. Ex: US Residents, US & Canadian Residents, or Open to Worldwide entrants.
- The Girl from the Ghetto is not responsible for prizes that are lost or damages in en route to your home. I cannot be responsible for situations that are out of my control.
- Entrants assume all liability for their participation and receipt and use of prizes.
- The Girl from the Ghetto receives products to be able to do an accurate review for each giveaway. This in no way has any bearing on the outcome of the review of the giveaway.
- The Girl from the Ghetto is not responsible for any adverse reactions to any product reviewed or given away here. If you have such a reaction, please check with your doctor.
- Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
