For the first time ever, I will be featuring a 2011 Holiday Gift Guide. I thought it would be fun to profile some of my favorite products and books, as well as find new items that would make great gifts for my readers. Not only will I be reviewing some incredible items, I will be hosting fabulous giveaways and offering some great discount codes to help you shop this holiday season.
I wanted to do this gift guide because each year I donate new, unwrapped gifts to several local charities. Since my charity budget has decreased this year, I thought this gift guide would be a great way for me to donate more items. I’ll be donating ALL of the books and toys I receive, and most of the products (Ok, I am keeping a pair of gloves, a candle and a book mark, but only because I really need them) to my favorite Michigan charities. As someone who grew up poor and received gifts each Christmas from strangers (Thus my blog name), I really know how happy these products and books will make so many people.
