PartyLite Review & Black Friday Giveaway - 2011 Holiday Gift Guide

I love PartyLite—in fact, I think I’m addicted to their products. That is why it is so hard for me to handle not having a single votive or tealights in my home for the first time in 22 years. (Darn you Michigan economy!) As someone who has been buying their products all of these years, I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to receive a Pink Just Desserts™ 3-Wick Wax Filled Bowl, which is valued at $25, from PartyLite Consultant Megan Real to feature in my 2011 Holiday Gift Guide.

This classic glass bowl is filled with two different fragranced wax layers – Peppermint Snow topped with Pure Vanilla Crème. The candle measures at 3 x 4 ½ and burns between 35-55 hours. I think it smells like yummy heaven, meaning, a sort of cupcake scent that I just can’t get enough of, because I adore sweets.

 

To me, candles are much more than a product to buy–they are an experience, decor and enhance any room and all moods. I can’t tell you the number of times someone has walked into my home and commented on how nice it is to come over and see, smell or experience all of the candles that I burn. Back in the old days, when I was young and much more fun, I’d throw really fun Halloween parties and other types of gatherings, and would burn well over a hundred candles at a time. It killed me to host Thanksgiving yesterday and only be able to burn 1 candle for my guests.

I believe with all of my heart that PartyLite candles are the best candles on the market. They are made with quality ingredients; they smell incredible, and they are the easiest candles to clean up after, if you trim your wicks and follow their standard burning recommendations. In my experience, the wax burns cleanly and evenly, never leaves a black mark on the ceiling, and can be removed from carpet if you use a cool iron and cover the wax spill with a piece of paper. I love burning my PartyLite candles; especially since they don’t leave wax behind if you burn them in a PartyLite candle holder. Who wants to clean wax out of 14 votive holders at one time? Not this girl, that’s for sure.
