Watch My First Lame Youtube Video of My Cat Beatrice

Honestly, this is my first youtube video, and I know it isn’t very good, as I’m using the 10 year olds Flip Mino.  I just wanted to get started and give Bea some much needed screen time, so bear with me.  I’m a much better photographer.

If you are into cats, or just my good friend please watch my chubby plus sized baby Beatrice lay on her bed and swat the air.

Thanks for watching!

  1. I have a cat that resembles yours to a tee. Her name is Smokey and she’s a Norwegian Forest Cat by breed and trusting and loving cat by nature. She’s so easy going that a friend of mine says, “The lights are on but nobody’s home”. There are times when I have to agree. But I love her anyway. The cat that is. lol

  2. Good job on the video. Not lame at all! If I was a mouse I would be shaking in my boots! :)

  3. AW! Bea! So cute, loved the video. I agree with Just a Mom, not lame at all! Cats are hard to capture on film, trust me, I’ve tried. I’ve got some cat videos I need to upload to the ‘tube and post, thanks for reminding me!

Also, I’ve been meaning to tell you, and this is the perfect opportunity, one of our friends here has a cat that looks just like Beatrice, a long-haired tortoise shell, and she thinks she’s going to have kittens. If she is, we’re going to get one of them…maybe two. So I might end up with some kitties that look like your Bea! I’m so excited either way.

Also good to finally hear your voice!

    • Jen – I am thrilled you will have a twin of Bea!!! Send pictures!

  4. Why would you say this was a lame video? That sweet kitty is gorgeous and has serious star potential!

    • Lupus – Well, I guess it is because Bea is so much more cute than this … she is just camera shy.

  5. What a pretty baby! Such a sweet face. Tubby Tabby’s are the best!! They have the sweetest personalities and the best purrs. I still miss my old girl tabby Jennifur, (she’s been gone a long time) she was the ultimate meatloaf-shaped kitty…and amoeba-like in texture, she was very squishy with little rolls of fat (she was a small cat, but I think she tipped the scales at 14lbs at her heaviest.) But I do have three very large boys in stripes at 12lbs or more, the fattest, Fatty Woo Hobbes, a ginger tabby, was once 16lbs, but I got him on a diet, so he’s down to 13lbs…but, he can still pass for a bloated dead raccoon when he tips onto his side…pictures of my “kitty kids” are on my blog:

    Thanks for sharing your video!
